What we provide

We provide tailored program designs and a range of training options, including cardiovascular, resistance, and free-weight exercises. Every member enjoys a complimentary health screening and induction, all without being tied to a 12-month contract. In addition to traditional methods, we also specialise in innovative training techniques such as boxing, ViPRs, sports bands, and kettlebells. With such variety, you’ll never feel stuck in a monotonous routine.
