Diss fit club aims to serve every members needs.

We consider ourselves to have the largest range of fitness equipment including free weights within the local area.

Along with the usual equipment you would expect to find in a fully functional gym we also offer the below equipment that you may not expect to find, in a local gym.

We underdtand that it is important to you to use and train with free weights along side your other exercise.

Diss fit club caters for most peoples need, with dumbells upto 50Kg

Sunbeds

Stand up tanning available for use if you fancy topping up that tan or prepping your skin ready for a holiday abroad.

We sell individual sessions or courses of minutes that provide better value.
